Worth boys emerged triumphant at the Lord Wandsworth College hockey sevens tournament on Wednesday.

This is the first title Worth has won since hockey was introduced as a games options for boys in the 2016-17 academic year.

Worth finished top of an initial group before winning the finals pool on goal difference. From six matches in total, the School won four and drew one.

Head of Hockey Mr Simon Faulkner said: “It was great to see the boys putting into practice a lot of the things we have been working for the last two years. We have continued to make great progress with hockey at Worth and it was fantastic for the boys to see some reward for their efforts.”
